Area 14 Dressage held at Trinity Park on the 13th May. This event was organised by Deben Riding Club and ably hosted by Jill Hillyard. Although the weather was against us we had a very successful day with placings in both the Senior and Junior Teams

Junior Teams

Our first Junior Team gained third place with Jess Mace, Posy Ash, Ellie Marsh and Chelsea Collins with our other Junior Team coming a respectable 5th place with Jess Mace, Posy Ash, Grace Harbottle and Joe Mace.  

Grace Harbottle on Spot the Difference and Jess Mace on Partial Eclipse took the Junior Pairs Dressage title.  There were also individual placings in their arenas as follows:-

• Jess Mace - Prelim 13 placed 1st in Area and Qualifier

• Grace Harbottle - Novice 20 placed 2nd in Area and Qualifier

• Jess Mace - Novice 20 placed 3rd in Area and Qualifier

• Posy Ash on Swift - Novice 20 placed 3rd Area and Qualifier

• Posy Ash on Gift - Novice 20 placed 5th Area and Qualifier

• Carrie Eve - Prelim 10 was also placed as an individual

Team placings:-

• Open team 6th in qualifier, 7th in Area,

• Novice Black team 8th in qualifier, 10th in Area

• Red team 10th in qualifier, 19th in Area

• Abi Jacobs on Drake - Novice 21 placed 2nd in arena

• Abi Jacobs on Cinnamon - Novice 21 placed 3rd in arena

• Jo - Novice 21 placed 4th in arena

• Tamsin Heggarty - Novice 21 placed 3rd in arena

• Tamsin Heggarty - Novice 26 placed 7th in arena

• Abi Jacobs on Drake - Novice 30 placed 2nd in arena

• Abi Jacobs on Cinnamon - Novice 30 placed 3rd in arena

• Abi Jacobs on Arthur - Novice 30 placed 9th in arena

• Wendy - Elementary 43 placed 9th in arena
