On Monday/Tuesday night this week I had the ramp springs stolen from my horsebox and the same thing has happened to a friend in Gislingham earlier in the month. The police have been informed but nothing has been found as yet and probably won't be as they think they have either been stolen to order or scrap. They have not tried to take anything else but were well equipped to take the springs as they had to cut through some big bolts to remove the springs from both lorries. As most of you are aware my lorry is parked in a well lit yard with a pub opposite and houses all around so they clearly have no fear of being caught.
